The Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Poland, Michal Kolodziejczak, confirmed that the Ukrainian grain, due to which the farmers are blocking the border, does not remain in the country, and that "it would be possible to protest at another border."
Kolodziejczak noted that now Ukrainian grain is transiting through Poland, and not imported.
On February 20, Polish farmers plan to completely block all checkpoints on the Polish-Ukrainian border.
As the trade union reported, on February 9, "Solidarity" announced a 30-day general strike of farmers, which has "unprecedented support of the entire agrarian community and society."
