The proximity of the park to the border with Poland, the new highway Kovel - Zhovkva, near Lviv, the railway along the section make NOVO participants export-oriented.

It is known in advance that it will include fish processing enterprises, food production and logistics companies. Industrial parks should become reference points for the growth of the Ukrainian economy. - said First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Denys Kudin. - Today, they are one of the important mechanisms that contribute to improving the investment attractiveness of regions and stimulate their economic development." According to the notification of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine forthe law provides a number of economic incentives for residents of industrial parks: when buying new equipment abroad, exemption from import VAT and customs duties; in the case of conducting activities within the industrial park - exemption from income tax for 10 years; preferential rates of real estate tax and land fees from local authorities. The government is betting on industrial parks for the development of Ukrainian export-oriented industry, the Ministry of Economy noted. Depending on the type of business, taking into account the benefits, the enterprise on the territory of the NOVO industrial park will pay for itself in 4-5 years.
