The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the regulations on the supervisory board of the joint-stock company "Ukrainian Railway".
"The provisions on the supervisory board of the joint-stock company "Ukrainian Railway" have been approved in order to bring them into line with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Joint-Stock Companies", he said.
The regulation defines the legal status, composition, term of office, procedure of work of the supervisory board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", issues related to the formation and activity of its committees, rights, duties and responsibilities of its members, as well as other issues related to the activity of the supervisory board.
