Second international meeting of the InFoCoL project
On April 14–15, 2026, Oleg Platonov, President of the Association "UKRZOVNISHTRANS," and Inessa Platonova, Head of Development Projects and Educational Programs, participated in the second international meeting of the InFoCoL project ("Innovative Training in Cold Chain Food Logistics"). The event took place in Poznań, Poland, hosted by the Poznań University of Economics and Business. The meeting brought together project partners to assess progress, deepen collaboration, and plan future project stages.
On the first day of the meeting, the discussions focused on project management processes, quality assurance, dissemination activities, and progress reports. Special attention was given to the development and validation of training materials under Work Package 2 (WP2), including the evaluation of deliverables and the identification of tasks for further implementation.

On the second day, technical sessions were dedicated to implementation processes, specifically the current status and next steps within WP3. The partners jointly agreed on the implementation roadmap and developed a detailed action plan for the upcoming period. Furthermore, to enhance the efficiency of project implementation, internal evaluation sessions and discussions on partner feedback were conducted. In conclusion, the date for the third project meeting, which will take place in Portugal, was set.
The meeting concluded with a comprehensive review of decisions, deliverables, and upcoming key milestones. The close collaboration among the partners once again highlighted the project's focus on creating innovative and high-quality educational materials in the field of cold chain food logistics.
About the InFoCoL Project
The project is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET program and brings together leading universities, logistics associations, and government institutions from four countries. The main goal is to develop comprehensive e-learning materials, training modules, and manuals in the field of cold chain food logistics, which meets the current needs of vocational education and the sustainable development goals of the EU.
