The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) and TT Club have announced the finalists for the Young Logistics Professionals Award. The next generation of logistics leaders is ready to conquer the world stage!
???? This year’s regional winners:
• ???? Europe Region: Ozan Durak (Turkey, UTIKAD)
• ???? Asia-Pacific Region: Yu Yang (China, CIFA)
• ???? Africa and Middle East: Mavis Rwodzi (Zimbabwe, SFAAZ)
These young talents have demonstrated an extraordinary understanding of the operational, regulatory and environmental challenges of modern logistics.
???????? Historic final in Milan
The winners will now face the final stage, which will take place at the FIATA 2026 World Congress in Italy. This year’s congress is special, as FIATA celebrates its 100th anniversary under the slogan “Enhancing Global Logistics Capabilities”.
???? When and how will the Global Winner be chosen?
• October 8 (11:00–12:30 CET): The finalists will present their research to an international audience.
• Voting: The result will depend on the assessment of the expert jury and the votes of the congress participants.
• Important rule: The audience in the hall can only vote for finalists from other regions (fairness above all!).
• Announcement of results: The winner will be announced on the evening of October 8 at the gala dinner.
The YLP Award is a unique platform for recognizing young talents, expanding professional connections and launching a great international career.
