The Association “UKRZOVNISHTRANS” prepared and submitted to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, comments and suggestions on the results of the study to section 2.7.2 of the draft Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026-2030
Following the public discussion of the section held on 30.10.2025. shifting the focus from modeling the operational activities of customs authorities to detailing the corruption-generating factors inherent in customs authorities.
On 10.11.2025, we received a response from the Deputy Head of the National Agency for Corruption Prevention, Dmytro KALMYKOV, to our letter.
He expresses sincere gratitude to the Association "UKRZOVNISHTRANS" for active participation in the public discussion of the results of the study "Customs Affairs" and the eponymous subsection 2.7.2 of the draft Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026 - 2030.
Having processed the comments, observations and proposals expressed during the discussion, as well as those given in the letter of the Association "UKRZOVNISHTRANS", we provided information in the sequence that corresponds to the numbering used in the aforementioned letter and expressed hope for further constructive interaction at the next stages of work with the draft of the new Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026-2030.
The results of processing the comments, observations and proposals provided by the Association "UKRZOVNISHTRANS" will be published on the website of the National Agency in the relevant section dedicated to the development of the specified project.
