Confiscated Belarusian diesel locomotives have been serviced and carry UZ cargo
Belarusian diesel locomotives 2ТЕ10У-0083, 2ТЕ10УК-0227 and 2ТЕ10УК-0275 (registration ТЧ-8 Gomel), which transported goods for the supply of the Russian army, and were confiscated by Ukraine by court decision, underwent the necessary maintenance and are already used for the transportation of goods by "Ukrzaliznytsia" .

"Before the confiscation, the locomotives listed above were modernized at the expense of allocated BZD loans. The estimated cost of modernizing one diesel locomotive for the Belarusian Railways was 400,000 dollars," the message says.
According to the investigation, these locomotives carried out regular transportation of goods, including fuel and lubricants, from Ukraine to the Republic of Belarus, which were later used by the Russian Federation for the material support of the army of the aggressor country during the invasion of Ukraine.
The equipment was discovered on the territory of Ukraine during an inspection carried out as part of an investigation into criminal proceedings initiated on the fact of financing actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of the borders of the territory or the state border of Ukraine (Part 4 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
