Croatia is ready to provide its ports for the transportation of grain from Ukraine
An alternative route for transporting grain from Ukraine, whose ports in the Black and Azov Seas are blocked as a result of Russia's military invasion, can be the ports of Croatia on the Adriatic Sea, said State Secretary of the Croatian Foreign Ministry Andreja Metelko Zgombić.
It is noted that Zgombic participated in a meeting of the EU General Affairs Council, which discussed food security and energy.
"During the discussion, I drew attention to the fact that the Croatian ports on the Adriatic are accessible, and they can be an efficient and short route to North Africa," she stressed.
