A regular meeting of the Competition Commission to determine the investor of the public-private partnership for two terminals of the port of Chornomorsk was held at the Ministry of Development.
During the meeting, the commission members approved the draft instructions for applicants for participation in the competition.
The document defines the main requirements, rules of participation and the procedure for submitting applications.
After a detailed discussion of the proposals of the advisors and commission members, the final version of the instructions was approved, which will become part of the competition documentation.
In addition, the commission considered and approved changes to the strategy for implementing and conducting the concession competition of competitive dialogue.
The updated strategy takes into account the proposals of commission members and consultants involved in international financial organizations, and specifies the stages of further project implementation.
The meeting was attended by First Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine Alena Shkrum, Deputy Ministers Andriy Kashuba and Maryna Denysiuk, as well as members of the competition commission and advisors involved in the preparation of the project.
