On December 5, the UKRZOVNISHTRANS ASSOCIATION participated in a strategy session with Pavl Sheremeta, a Ukrainian economist and educator, in the past - Minister of Economic Development and Trade, and now - a senior officer of the headquarters of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Charter”.
At the center of Pavlo Sheremeta's thematic session "Strategy as a targeted coordination of differentiated and focused value propositions, people's income" is a concept that was once formed by Chan Kim and Rene Maubron.
The participants of the session had the opportunity to:
• get acquainted with modern approaches to strategizing;
• realize what a unique value proposition of business associations can be;
• understand how to attract the necessary resources based on strategic priorities;
• try to determine their own strategic guidelines.
This was the last session of the project "Academy for the Development of Business Associations: Strengthening the Organizational Capacity of Ukrainian Business Associations as Intermediaries between Micro, Small and Medium-sized, and Large Businesses", which is implemented by the National Platform for Small and Medium-sized Businesses with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine and financial support from the Government of Japan provided within the framework of the "Transformational Recovery for the Security of People in Ukraine" initiative.
