The Subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Transport and Infrastructure at its meeting on December 2 considered a number of draft laws, writes the Central Railway Transport Committee
According to the agenda, the people's deputies considered, discussed and adopted a decision to reject: The draft resolution on the appeal to the Cabinet of Ministers on the development and approval of the state program for the restart of local passenger and freight railway services with the mandatory provision of state support for the industry, including through its financing from the state budget of Ukraine (registration number 13526), submitted by the people's deputy of Ukraine Zaremsky M.V.
Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Railway Transport" on Certain Issues of Railway Transport Traffic Safety Management (Registration No. 10110), submitted by People's Deputy of Ukraine Kreydenko V.V.
Draft Law on Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses on Strengthening Administrative Liability for Violation of the Requirements of the Legislation on Automobile, Urban Electric and Railway Transport (No. 10111), submitted by People's Deputy of Ukraine Kreydenko V.V.
The event was held with the participation of Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Balesta, Deputy Minister of Finance Oleksandr Kava, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, "Ukrtransbezpeka", "Ukrzaliznytsia", AsMAP.
