JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" claims to manage the Russian share of the Kryukiv Car-Building Plant, said the chairman of the board of the company Alexander Kamyshin.
Currently, the plant's corporate rights have been arrested for "purchasing components from companies related to its shareholder, a citizen of Russia." He owns 25% of the company's shares.
"If the share of KVBZ passes to ARMA (National Agency of Ukraine for Detection, Investigation and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes), we will claim that UZ will become the management company of this stake," said the head of UZ.
In his opinion, such a decision will allow state-owned companies to develop relations with the plant at a new level.
"Transfer of the Russian shareholder's package to the management of the Ukrainian state company sprwill attract new contracts from UZ. It is important for us to have an impact on strategic and technological decisions, "Kamyshin said.
