The branch of UZ-Cargo Ukrzaliznytsia freight transportation has revised upward the fee for the use of most types of wagons in the company's own fleet for June 2023. This was reported by the press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia".
As it follows from the announcement, the fee for the use of Ukrzaliznytsia tanks in May was increased to UAH 4,800 per day (without VAT), tanks for the transportation of food products — UAH 1,700, semi-wagons — UAH 1,450, covered cars — UAH 1,439, fitting platforms — UAH 1,400 , timber platform trucks — UAH 810, cement trucks, including when transporting grain cargoes — UAH 600, LPG tanks — UAH 500, dump trucks — UAH 500, roll trucks — UAH 450, car transporters — UAH 400, thermos cars — UAH 350 .
At the same time, the daily cost of using universal platforms has been reduced to UAH 3,900, grain trucks — UAH 3,650, mineral trucks, including when transporting grain cargo — UAH 1,400, counter-trailer platforms — UAH 50.
In January 2021, the UZ-Cargo branch of Ukrzaliznytsia developed a plan to set market prices for the use of freight cars with automatic cost adjustments based on the share of the car fleet.
