As early as July 17, Russia may end its participation in the "grain agreement", which allows the export of Ukrainian agricultural products through the Black Sea.
This was stated by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to The Guardian. "I am concerned, and we are making every effort to make sure that it will be possible to preserve the Black Sea Initiative and at the same time continue the work to promote Russian exports," Guterres said.
It will be recalled that since the beginning of the spring of this year, Russia intensified its threats regarding the "grain agreement". Officials of the aggressor country claim that agreements regarding Russian exports are allegedly not being fulfilled. In particular, the authorities of the Russian Federation insist on the restoration of transit of ammonia through Ukraine. If this requirement is not met, the "grain agreement" will cease to exist," the Russian Foreign Ministry said earlier. At the same time, the last time the "grain operation" was extended for two months was on May 18. After the extension, Russia continues to block one of the three Ukrainian ports, which is part of agreements
