On April 17 in Kyiv, Interlegal in partnership with the EVA Transport Working Group in Odesa and the EVA Logistics Committee in Kyiv gathered experts and top players of the container market for a seminar.
The seminar included an overview of the container market and a panel discussion. Particular attention was paid to:
- trends in the transition to trade in grain and oilseeds in containers and changes in logistics;
- analyzed typical legal issues of container transportation participants;
- considered the key points of resolving commercial disputes in ICAC, GAFTA, FOSFA arbitrations;
- peculiarities of judicial procedures abroad.
And at a panel discussion devoted to topical issues of container transportation, experts discussed topics and problems that worry transport and forwarding companies during the war.
