The epic with the adoption of the law on railway transport has been going on in Ukraine for years and has already survived more than one government and Verkhovna Rada. A year ago, another version of it was registered in the parliament, albeit with a different name and not in the form that was discussed with business. However, it got stuck at the level of the relevant parliamentary committee.
Road and urban transport
On October 31, the reception of questionnaires from carriers for participation in the distribution of permits of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) was completed.
This year, 1,415 carriers expressed their intention to participate in the competition and submitted electronic questionnaires to Ukrtransbezpeka.
On November 3, 2025, applications from companies-operators of electronic document flow (EDO) for testing the Electronic Goods and Transport Invoice (e-TNT) System will begin.
This is necessary so that operators can be fully connected to the System and provide business services for the formation and use of electronic TNTs.
