Polish railway infrastructure operator Polskie Linie Kolejowe (PKP PLK) plans to hold tenders for projects co-financed by the European Union under the national program European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS). Tenders for works in several regions of Poland will be announced in the fourth quarter of 2025.

As Ukraine steps up its recovery efforts, Italy has pledged support for the reconstruction of its ports, which have been repeatedly hit by missile and drone strikes from Russia. Last week, the Ukrainian Seaports Authority (USPA) signed two memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with Italian port authorities: the Eastern Adriatic Port Authority and the Western Ligurian Port Authority.
