On October 31, the reception of questionnaires from carriers for participation in the distribution of permits of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport (ECMT) was completed.
This year, 1,415 carriers expressed their intention to participate in the competition and submitted electronic questionnaires to Ukrtransbezpeka.
